S | Simple scenario
Usually there are near 20 blocks with a simple routing.
General number of routes is usually no more than 1 or 2.
M | Medium scenario
You can have an increased number of blocks and routes in this kind of scenarios.
For example, your robot can ask specific questions depending on the first client's answer.
L | Large scenario
You can have many routes and possible answers depending on the situation.
It's also possible to integrate your scenario via API using the HTTP-request block.
What is included in additional service?
This is a period of time during which you'll be elaborating a project along with a personal manager assigned to you. The manager helps to define a goal, answers your questions and configures a scenario for you. This period of time includes initial setup, collaborating and approval: routes, texts, integration data, audio records, etc.

For example, you order elaboration of a large scenario. On Monday you meet or call the manager. The next 15 days the manager will work with you, i.e., your active participation in the project will be required.
What if we won't get it done in 5-10-15 days?
Time is a valuable resource. If we realize that we won't be on time, we'll find a way to satisfy your needs and will finish in a planned term. All the projects are in a queue and in the specified period a manager start the next project from a queue. It's impossible to elaborate two projects at the same time, so you can be sure that your project will be implemented in time and at the highest quality level.

For this reason we kindly ask you to plan the time and to provide information needed for the work within a reasonable time frame.

If we won't able to add some functionality we negotiate about a new stage; it might be extra paid.
How can I pay?

What if we'll need an improvement after a launch?
We'll fix any mistakes quickly and for free. We make improvements only for a plan "Startup" or higher. If you use the "Pay as you go" plan, you can do any improvements on your own. In this case, we are ready to support you via email.

Also, we can educate your employees for an additional fee. Contact us if you are interested.
If there is a possibility to integrate my scenario with CRM, telephony, ERP?
Use our advanced API to integrate with your database, set up trigger calls based on actions in CRM, HRMS (recruitment), and save call results to your system. Tell us which system do you want to integrate with and we check this possibility (via API).
What if I use more blocks than allowed?
Number of the blocks is approximate, to help you guide. For example, if you pay for a small scenario and there will be 23 blocks instead of 20, it's not a problem.

It's important to understand that there is a big difference between 20-blocks scenario and 60-blocks scenario.
